Turning Ideas Into Reality
When you come to us for engineering solutions, you can expect an organized, seamless, step-by-step process that takes the bare sketch of and idea, and transforms it into a reality. Each project that our experienced staff handles goes through a four-step series - always maintaining a vision of your ultimate goal and established timeline:
Schematics
Principal staff members meet with you to discuss the scope of the work involved, begin preliminary planning, discuss construction budgets, and see that the design process fits those budgets.
Design Development
Starting with the preliminary concepts and design plans established during Schematics, in the Design Development phase we expand on those ideas further bringing them closer to reality.
Contract Documents
In this stage, we complete and finalize the design documents to illustrate your intentions for the project and to begin taking competitive construction bids.
Construction Administration
We work with you through every part of this process. After we have evaluated the results against your original goal, and determined that you are fully satisfied, the job is complete.
Cutting Edge Capabilities
As a leader in or field, we utilize only up to the minute
technology, and maintain a wealth of technical and information resources. At
Legnos and Cramer, we have created a network of custom designed workstations, running
AutoCAD 2000 and SoftDesk design software. The result is a vast bank of information that
we can access quickly and easily to make the execution of your projects as efficient as
possible. In addition, we continually load the latest design software from top
manufacturers onto our system allowing us to provide highly accurate and advanced design
capabilities.

Founded in 1952, Legnos and Cramer has become well known for
creative solutions in the design and construction of heating and air conditioning;
ventilation; plumbing; fire protection; lighting; electrical; voice and data
